Terms & Conditions:

• (1a) All rates apply 7 days per week.

• (1b) Day rate listed is based on TEN hours per day.

• (1c) 6 Hour Minimum billing is at hourly rate listed (considered 1/2 day rate).

• (1d) Hourly rate applies after 10 consecutive billable hours.

• (1e) 1.5x hourly rate applies after 12 consecutive billable hours.

• (1f) 2x hourly rate applies after 15 consecutive billable hours.

• (1g) 2x hourly rate applies from 2am until 6am.

• (1h) 2x hourly rate and/or 2x day rate applies on national holidays.

• (1i) Hours billed in 15 minute increments rounded up to next 1/4 hour (15 minute minimum).

• (1j) 30 minute mandatory meal/rest break (not billed) required after 6 consecutive working hours - otherwise 1 additional hour shall be billed at regular hourly rate for every 6 hours break is not met.

• (1k) All hours onsite are billable less meal/rest break. A non-billable meal/rest break shall not exceed 30 minutes within any 12 consecutive billable hours.

• (1l) 6 hour rest period between calls - otherwise 2x hourly rate of next 4 working hours.

• (1m) After 7 consecutive calls each call after applied at 2x hourly rate.

• (1n) Original contracted rate applies for on-site changes to job assignment unless job is upgraded - in which case the higher rate applies.

• (1o) Cancellation Agreement: The contracted day rate will be billed if canceled within 48 hours of call time.

            Any additional charges such as airfare; lodging or other non-refundable expenses will be billed accordingly.

• (1p) Additional charges may be added to attire requests such as suits, tuxedos or uniforms.

• (1q) Equipment rental outsourcing is available. A 20% service charge may apply to equipment rental price. A deposit will be necessary for all equipment outsourcing.

Travel
Local Travel  (driving from Local Service Areas to destinations North of Baltimore, South of Va Beach, West of Ashburn VA, East of Annapolis MD)

• (2a) Driving: $40 charge added to 100 miles round trip from Local Service Areas- An additional 58 cents per mile added after 150 miles r/t.

• (2b) Parking costs will be billed accordingly.

• (2c) Train and air transportation charges may be incurred for local travel.

• (2d) Lodging costs may be incurred for consecutive day calls if venue is 75+ miles from Virginia Beach, VA.

• (2e) Additional labor my be billed if lodging is requested for local calls.

• (2f) Local Equipment transportation is available for $50 pickup/delivery (limited to what fits into a mini-van).
 

Outside of Local Travel

• (2g) Travel only day rates outside of local travel is billed as follows:

                $250 - Eastern Time Zone jobs   

                $300- Central Time Zone jobs

                $350 - Mountain Time Zone jobs

                $400 - Pacific Time Zone jobs

• (2h) All lodging, airfare, ground transportation, meal expenses/per diem and other operating costs will be included in final invoice.

• (2i) $175 additional charge will apply to all shared hotel rooms.

• (2j) Time of transportation to and from any lodging which is arranged offsite of venue where labor takes place will be included as billable hours.

• (2k) Scheduled Travel Day & 'Dark Day' Rates = $250  per day  •  No consecutive Dark Days (2nd+ billed at full day rate).

• (2l) If travel time exceeds 6 hours and labor occurs on same day then travel will be billed $250 additional (travel time is calculated as one hour prior to scheduled flight until arrival to venue).

Estimates, Contract and Invoices

Estimates will be submitted before any call in writing, email or verbally.  Estimates shall be based on Contract and/or terms and rates listed above.  Contracts my be in writing, email or verbal.  Estimates include all additional charges.  Invoices will be submitted after completion of service.  Invoices are submitted as a lump sum / flat fee amount for entire services and include all additional charges.  Invoices are billed as W9 corporation - not 1099.  Receipts for additional costs are not submitted.  Payment is due within 31 days after completion of service.  All late payments are subject to 3% finance charge compounded every month thereafter. 

• a 'call' or 'job' is defined as any work requested for a single event during consecutive hours or consecutive days.

• Rates are subject to change - all contracts may be negotiable. All charges are based on labor and costs actually incurred.
